Upcoming creative events in Brent.
Children will begin their visit with a guided tour of the ground floor gallery, where they will explore a vibrant exhibition featuring artworks created by children from around the world.
Following the gallery visit, they will take part in a free creative workshop held in the Education Room or Reading Room at Willesden Library.
The workshop is designed around three key themes:
Self-exploration through self-portraits
My Community – imagining and illustrating the community they live in
Hope for the Future – sharing messages and dreams for their community’s future
At the end of the workshop, the children’s artworks will be carefully displayed at the centre of the gallery space. Participants will have the opportunity to see their own creations exhibited alongside those of others, making them a part of the wider exhibition experience.
